Foundation Golf Tourney a Big Hit

Published on September 26, 2025

Forty teams signed up for at our annual Ozarka College Foundation Golf Tournament on September 25, 2025, setting a record high field of play for the fundraiser. The fun-filled four-person scramble took place at Cooper's Hawk Golf Course in Melbourne, Arkansas and all proceeds will benefit the students of Ozarka College. First place in the Championship Flight went to the Townsend Spice & Supply team represented by Lawson Linn, Bryant Lamb, Cody Moser, and Jeremy Burns. Alicia Thurman won the putting contest, receiving a putter donated by Jim Cooper. In addition, the tournament boasted lots of exciting extras including hole-in-one prizes, longest drives, longest putts, and closest to the pin contests as well as a 75/25 Cash Raffle, a benefit for the Danny Graham Memorial Scholarship. And, while no one took home a new car or Badboy mower for making an ace, much fun was had by all and for a great cause.
