Ozarka Foundation Celebrates Success at 4th Annual Casino Night
Published on November 12, 2025
Cooper's Pointe in Cherokee Village buzzed with excitement on November 1st as supporters gathered for the Ozarka College Foundation's Fourth Annual Casino Night. Sharp County residents and friends of Ozarka came together for an evening of entertainment, food, and fundraising in support of Sharp County students. Guests enjoyed a delicious selection of hors d'oeuvres, catered by Kelly Harrison, while trying their luck at a variety of casino-style games. Game offerings included blackjack, craps, bingo, roulette, and a horse-betting game, with players exchanging their winnings for chances to enter the highly anticipated raffle drawings. The event also featured a silent auction with exclusive prizes such as unique artwork created by local artists, specialty bourbon and whiskey selections, gift certificates, and more.
"The College and Foundation are incredibly grateful for the continued support shown by the Sharp County community," said Marcus Orf, Vice President of Advancement and Workforce Development. "This year's Casino Night not only brought together familiar faces and new supporters, but also demonstrated our community's commitment to empowering students through education." The Ozarka College Foundation celebrates another successful Casino Night and extends its heartfelt thanks to all attendees, sponsors, and volunteers who helped make the evening a meaningful and memorable event.
