We are proud to announce that Jamie Qualls of Sidney, Arkansas has been selected as Ozarka's Employee of the Quarter. Qualls is an institutional services assistant who plays a vital role in maintaining campus buildings and ensuring spaces are prepared and welcoming for college and community events.

"Jamie consistently delivers quality work and goes above and beyond in her role," said Dr. Josh Wilson, president of Ozarka College. "Her great attitude and dedication make a positive difference on campus and with our students every day. This recognition is much deserved!"

Jamie joined Ozarka College in 2024, and since that time has consistently demonstrated outstanding skill, reliability, and dedication. From routine building upkeep to preparing spaces for events, Jamie has made a meaningful impact across campus operations. Her efforts supported several events this quarter, including the holiday event held in the John E. Miller Education Complex. She has earned Employee of the Quarter recognition for the period of October through December 2025.
